增加系顯示加速:

 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE–>SYSTEM–>GDI–>GLYPHCACHE–>limit 將數值由31700改為76800！

增加機器運作速度： 

 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE–>System–>StoragManager–>FATFS–>EnableCache 將數值由1改為3！

以上皆已在HTC Diamond P3702修改並重新開機過,速度有提昇.

變更簡短日期格式
-Change short date type to yyyy/MM/dd
HKLM_LOCAL_MACHINE\nls\overrides\SSDte —-> from yy/MM/dd to yyyy/MM/dd
對台灣用戶比較有用，因為台灣的日期有兩種格式，一種是西元年，一種是民國年，當我們在聯絡人中輸入生日時，其預設的顯示格式為西元yy/MM/dd—–>西元年不顯示四位數，很容易與民國年混淆，例如西元75/09/21，很容易被解讀為民國75年9月21日。

啟用拍攝GPS相片的功能
-How to to activate the gps photo on Diamond:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\Camera\P10\Enabled —-> from 0 to 1.
有些版本的ROM預設值是不啟用

修正拍攝相片時自動旋轉90度的缺點
-Modify the Camera bug that makes each picture rotated 90 degrees clockwise by default: HKLM\Software\HTC\Camera\Image\EnableEncodePortrait —-> from 1 to 0

變更拍攝相片後的儲存路徑
-How to save the pictures you take by camera to \Internal Storage\My Documents\My Pictures
The default is \Internal Storage\DCIM\100MEDIA. If you want My Document instead, edit the following registry key: 
HKLM\Software\HTC\Camera\General and change EnableDCIM—-> from 1 to 0

啟用AGPS功能
-Enable AGPS
HKLM\Software\HTC\SUPL AGPS\EnableAGPS—-> from 0 to 1
勝利機的ROM沒有AGPS的設定開關，我發現即使從registry去啟用，但實際導航時，勝利機還是無法自動啟動網路AGPS連線，因此勝利機可能只有透過刷鑽石機的ROM才能使用AGPS功能。如果真的需要這個功能，目前中華電信客製版是一個可以選擇的ROM。

啟用HSUPA網路連線
-How to enable HSUPA in Diamond：
HKLM\Software\HTC\AdvancedNetwork\SupportHSUPA—-> from 0 to 1
原本在進階網路設定中，只能用勾選的方式啟用HSDPA(單一選項)，修改後，就變成下拉式選單，增加了HSDPA/HSUPA的選項。

收到簡訊時螢幕會自動開啟
-How to wake Diamond Up when receiving New SMS ：
HKLM\Drivers\BuiltIn\RIL\DisableSMSWakeUpEventset —-> from 1 to 0

透過修改登錄值來提升系統音量
-How to increase the volume by modify the registry：
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Phone\Vol —-> from 6666(HEX) to 8888(HEX) or 9999(HEX)
26214(DEC)＝6666(HEX) This is the default value.
34952(DEC)＝8888(HEX)
39321(DEC)＝9999(HEX)

隱藏SIM卡裡的聯絡人
-Not showing the contacts in SIM：
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Phone\ShowSim —-> from 1 to 0
有時候會把重要的聯絡人電話儲存在SIM卡中，但平時用不到，可以使用這個功能把SIM卡裡的聯絡人隱藏起來。

停用對話式的簡訊功能
-To disable threading SMS
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings\
In the “Settings” folder, create a key “OEM”. Then get into the key to create a DWORD value
“SMSInboxThreadingDisabled” —-> Set the DWORD value to 1.
我個人不太喜歡對話式的簡訊功能，因此使用這個方法將他停用。

設定HTC相簿上的X鍵為關閉該軟體而不是最小化
-Set HTC Album X button to close not to minimize: 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\HTCAlbum\ok_minimize —-> from 1 to 0

關閉開機動畫及音效
-Turn off startup aninmation and sound:
HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\HTC\HTCAnimation\ 
rename both "StartupGif" and "StartupWav" to other names

停用安裝軟體時的安全性警告
-Disable the security warning when installing non-certified application：
HKLM\Security\Policies\Policies\0000101a = 1 (DWORD decimal)

  今天HTC Touch Diamond P3702 有新的Rom可昇級,便下載後昇級過程也Ok,只是在用Sprite Backup的還原功能時,忘了只單純還原個人資料而選了全部,就在還原完成後重開機就卡在HTC的開機畫面沒動靜,這時求助於Mobile01,大家給的建議是進行硬啟動,步驟如下:

1.背蓋拆下來

2.同時按住側邊降低音量鍵及滾輪的中間鍵不放

3.用筆插背面紅色的Reset ,然後放掉Reset ,等到畫面有字出現時再放開剛才那兩個按鍵

4.依照指示按即可.
